Who is individual coaching for?
Football and track athletes building speed, strength and power, and adults seeking one-on-one personal training. Coaching is offered in 8-session blocks, with a plan shaped around your training history, schedule and goals.
Can you train our team?
Yes. Teams and organizations can arrange recurring strength and conditioning. Share your roster size and calendar so we can scope the plan.
When can I train?
All one-on-one and team sessions are by appointment. Adult group classes meet Mondays and Wednesdays, 6–7 p.m., at $160 per month for two weekly sessions.
